SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped out 3 times a week from our Dublin store. Depending on the date and time of when your order is placed it will fall into one of these 3 slots. Once your order has been placed there could be a 1-3 days processing time before it is posted.

Muji Dublin uses the national postal service in Ireland An Post to deliver all orders. Within Ireland, customers can expect their order to be delivered within 1 to 7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated by the final weight and the parcel size.

If you spend €6.20 or more on shipping, you will receive a tracking number whereby you will be able to track your parcel. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

For all online purchases, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. 

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear and inner wear cannot be returned. In addition gift cards/vouchers are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt for proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and can only exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If an exchange has been arranged, once the returned product has arrived in store, your exchanged items will be posted then. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
